Delivery and Returns

CUSTOMER RETURN POLICY

You can return your babocush for a refund within 15 days of the date on which it was received. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method that was used for purchase. Please note, we cannot refund any shipping fees.

Items must be returned in the original packaging, including the outer brown box and accompanied with original proof of purchase. If the babocush is damaged, soiled, shows signs of wear and tear or is not in the original box and sealed plastic bag, complete with instructions, it will not be accepted for a refund.

If your purchase is damaged, or you are experiencing problems please contact our warranty department by emailing rarequest@alcadistribution.com. Please provide a description of the problem you are experiencing as well as contact information for our team to reach you. 

All returns must be accompanied by a RA (return authorization) number, which may be obtained by emailing rarequest@alcadistribution.com. 

You will need to clearly mark this RA number on your returning parcel, and reference it on all email correspondence. After 15 days and up until 30 days after your order was placed, we will provide you with an online store credit. You will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred to return the parcel. Once the refund is authorized, you will be credited for the cost of the product and applicable taxes, less the initial shipping cost. 

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the merchandise is not in its original condition or packaging.


Please allow 8 – 10 business days for your refund to be processed. 

Most of our products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. Contact the retailer you purchased the item from for any warranty questions or claims.  If you have purchased your item from this website you can find out more about our warranty policies below.

WARRANTY


Thank you for purchasing your Babocush comfort cushion. 
Your babocush comes with a One (1) year warranty from the date of purchase valid only in the country where the Babocush is purchased. Proof of purchase must be provided in order to establish the original purchase date and price. 
In case of defect, the unit may be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of Babocush.

Warranty applies to original purchaser only and is not transferrable. Babocush products purchased from online auctions or unauthorized retailers, are not covered by warranty.

Outside your warranty timeframe?

No problem! Please contact the Babocush Customer Care team on customerservice@babocush.ca and we’ll be happy to provide instructions on how to purchase spare parts.

It is advisable to keep proof of postage as babocush cannot accept liability for any items lost in the mail.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

In order to deliver on our promise of exceedingly personal service and ensure prompt delivery of your precious order, we process all in stock items within 1-2 business days.  Please allow approximately 2-7 business days after that for the carrier to deliver to your address.  Remote locations may experience longer shipping times. We cannot guarantee delivery times as that is in the full control of the carrier.

Parcel Tracking

All orders are sent with a tracking number which we will provide to you in your shipping confirmation email.  Please contact the carrier directly with any questions about delivery times or tracking.

Late Delivery

We make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our website but will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. Please note that statutory/bank holidays and busy retail periods such as Christmas are likely to delay order dispatch & delivery. We will try and ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.

COVID-19

Please note that Canada Post and UPS may experience temporary delays due to COVID-19 (novel coronavirus). For any questions related to tracking or delivery times, you can contact the carrier directly for their assistance. You will be provided a tracking number via email once your order ships from our warehouse.

 

 

ORDER CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS

We are not able to accommodate cancellations once an order is placed.  Please contact us at customerservice@babocush.ca if you need to return an order once its received.
